S.S. KYARRA, Albany, March 1. The steamer Kyarra arrived from the Eastern States at half-past 3 o'clock this morning. She 'discharged 90 tons of cargo, 560 sheep, and three horses before resuming her voyage to Fremantle at half-past 9 o'clock. Passengers:-
