Weather on the Coast.--A telegram received from the Postmaster, La Grange, by Mr. Davis (Rubin & Co.), under date 17th, reads as follows:-- "Fairly heavy north-westerly winds, with thunderstorms and rain from the south-west; boats further south; no news from that direction; sent message police camp this morning." Another telegram from Mr. Stockton says that the weather has not been so bad; three inches rain, with heavy swell, but sea now calm and fine weather.
