Eastern shipowners still turn towards Australia seeking tonnage. During the last three years quite a fleet of well known interstate traders have been purchased by them, and news received recently is to the effect that two more such vessels have changed owners, and are shortly to proceed East. The vessels are ALLINGA and INNAMINCKA (Adelaide S.S. Company), well known in Australian waters, but in no case has the price paid been mentioned.
