KIMBERLEY CATTLE SEASON.
OUTLOOK UNPROMISING.
Derby, March 20.
The cattle shipping season opens to-morrow with the s.s. Gorgon. The south stock is in good to prime condition, although the outlook is not bright. For the present wet season 1,423 points have been recorded, as against 2,763 points for the same period last year, a falling off of 1,340 points.
