Drowned in the Cyclone.

Mr. Bob Thompson, son of Mr. R.D. Thompson, formerly well known in Kalgoorlie as manager of the Mt. Charlotte G.M., was drowned in the recent cyclone at Roebourne. He was residing in Perth for a few months, when about Christmas the manager of the Whim Well Copper Mine offered him a position. He accepted, and went to the district a couple of months ago. Mr. Thompson was only 24 years of age.
