A Fatal Fall.--Wm. Jones, who was admitted to the Fremantle Hospital on Thursday last suffering from concussion of the brain, caused through a fall down the fore companion steps of the steamer Koombana, succumbed io his injuries on Saturday. The deceased, who was second cook on the Koombana, never regained consciousness.
