The Grounding of the Koombana.- Yesterday morning the Collector of Customs (Mr. Clayton T. Mason) received the following telegram from Constable Kestel at Shark's Bay relative to the delay to the Adelaide S.S. Company's north-west coastal liner Koombana on her trip down the coast:--"Koombana floated off bar bank yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon. Called Denham early this (yesterday) morning en route to Fremantle; no damage sustained by vessel.
