THE LOST WARATAH.

BOARD OF TRADE INQUIRY.

London, Dec. 2.

The British Board of Trade has fixed December 15, as the date upon which the inquiry into the loss of the Lund liner Waratah will begin.

[The Waratah, with a large number of passengers and valuable cargo on board, left Durban on July 26, 1909, in continuation of her voyage from Australia to London. On the following day she signalled "Good-bye" to the ship Clan McIntyre, and has not been heard of since.]
