A VALUABLE ESTATE.
WARATAH PASSENGER'S WILL.
Melbourne, September 4.
Application is being made in Melbourne for probate of the will of Mr. Neil Walter Black, late of Noorat, near Terang, landed proprietor, who was a passenger on the missing steamer Waratah. Mr. Black left estate valued at £190,162, and personal estate valued at £41,805. With the exception of bequests to the Presbyterian Church of Victoria, the Melbourne Hospital, the Melbourne University, and his housekeeper, all the estate was bequeathed to relatives.
