S.S. BULLARRA. The s.s. Bullarra was cleared to sail for the Eastern States, via Bunbury and Albany, last night. She is taking in tow the paddle-steamer Decoy, which was recently sold for Murray River trade, on which she was engaged before being brought to this State. The Bullarra is being taken over by Capt. T. Allen who is relieving Capt. Hurrell while the latter takes his annual leave.

SAILS THIS MORNING.

At 11.30 a.m. to-day the new steamer Koombana will leave on her first trip to the Nor'-West. In addition to cargo she will take away the following passengers:--Messrs. Thompson, Bowes, Franklin, A.
