S.s. KOOMBANA.--Messrs. Baston and Co. received the following telegram from Mr. W. E. Moxon (general manager of the Adelaide Steamship Co.) on Thursday: "View enabling your residents inspect Koombana, have instructed captain remain Carnarvon until eleven Tuesday morning. Inform press. Due Monday evening."
